Routine inspection conducted: -Handwash station adequately supplied. -No refrigeration units in use. Only candies being repackaged. -3 compartment sink equipped properly for manual warewashing. -Bleach available for manual warewashing/disinfection of equipment surfaces. -Professional pest control company contracted for monthly visit. -Staff wearing hairnets/lab coat/gloves. -No concerns observed at this time. Facility no longer to become a CFIA registered plant. Operator is planning to manufacture gummy bears from site. New plan to be submitted for approval prior to manufacturing the products.
