- General sanitation is good.
- Front handwash sink supplied with hot/cold running water, liquid hand soap and single-use hand towels in dispensers.
- Three compartment sink available to manual warewashing. Sanitizer available at 200ppm QUAT concentration.
- Surface sanitizer available in designated red bucket at 200ppm QUAT concentration.
- Dry storage area has adequate space and wire racks.
- No signs of pest activity. Pest control summary reports not available. Submit the three latest pest control summary reports to the health inspector.
- Operating Permit posted in a conspicuous area. Ensure to post a valid decal once arrived in the mail.
- Washrooms appear to be in clean condition. Handwashing stations fully stocked.

- All coolers at < or = 4C
- Walk in freezer = -18C
- Walk in cooler = 4C
- Beverage cooler = 4C
- Thermometers available in all refrigeration units.
- Daily temperature log available and kept up to date.
