Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): - The only handsink available in kitchen has no liquid soap available for handwashing. The handsink is blocked with utensils and chicken was defrosting in the sink
Corrective Action(s): - Restock liquid soap and ensure that it is available for handwashing
- Donot store any items in the handsink as it blocks the basin and hence handsink is not available for handwashing

Observation: frozen chicken in ziplock bag was left to thaw at room temperature in the handsink

- Handsinks in front servery/dishwashing area and washrooms are adequately stocked.
- All coolers - 2 prep and 3 upright coolers- are less than 4C.
- Freezers in storage area are operational
- Sanitizer solution in spray bottle is measured at 200ppm quats
- Hot holding units are greater than 60C
- High temperature dishwasher is measured at 77C during final rinse cycle at the dish surface
- No evidence of pest activity noted at the time of inspection
- Back storage area is satisfactory
- Foodsafe certified staff is available on site
