The following items have been observed:
-->All products are now stored at least 6 inches above ground.
-->Facility reorganized all equipment on shelves.
-->Facility appears to be more organized than last visit.
-->Staff have de-cluttered the facility.
-->Pest control company has visited the facility earlier today, and an extensive report is provided detailing the patching required.
-->Pest control technician will be coming to facility to re-enforce all potentially entry points but cannot be done until later due to staff shortage.
-->Rodent droppings have been removed from facility.

Closure Order rescinded.
Facility may now re-open.

Prior to re-opening:
1. Remove black table by walk-in cooler as bare wood is exposed.
2. Transfer all unopened bags of dry goods in pest proof containers.
