-Coolers measured 4C or less: walk in cooler, insert cooler, back stand up cooler. No potentially hazardous food in pop cooler
-Freezer measured -11C
-Pizzas at display are time tracked every 2 hours. Ensure pizzas are not mixed up when time tracking.
-Food safe certificates provided and are not expired
-3 compartment sink available and equipped
-Bleach bucket measured 100 ppm with wiping cloths stored in them
-Food utensils such as pizza slicer are cleaned and sanitized every 3 hours according to operator
-No signs of pest during inspection. Reports are provided
-Foods stored off the floor
-Exhaust hood is clean
-Caulking has been replaced by 3 comp sink. Ensure surface mold/mildew is cleaned off as necessary to prevent buildup
