Corrective Action(s): Clean the areas as discussed and continue monitoring for mice. Store all foods in rodent-proof containers. Violation Score: 3

Comments

General Comments: Coolers were 4 degrees Celsius or less. Freezers were -18 degrees Celsius or less. Hot holding unit was over 60 degrees Celsius. Condiments were time stamped. Hand sinks are stocked with liquid soap and paper towels. Quats sanitizer in the buckets were 200ppm. Three compartment method of manual dishwashing is being employed. Mgr on duty had FS level 1 certification (expires Aug. 4, 2023). Ecolab pest control is on a monthly contract. Last report reviewed. No concerns noted. Upstairs storage room is organized. The cooler was at 2 degC; Freezer at -20 degC. *Report not signed due to pandemic.*
