302 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Wiping clothes stored in solution, at time verified with test strip to be 0 ppm chlorine. Corrective Action(s): Staff remade solution to 100 ppm at time. Ensure not only to follow required time change, but also when it is busy because excessive load will decrease the concentration. Test strips observed on site - verify with these when you are uncertain. Violation Score: 5

Front: Handsink fully stocked with hot and cold running water available. Staff observed to practice good hand hygiene, however suggest to move green bin for better access. Undercounter dairy cooler by door 2 C. Delfield creamer fridge 1 C. Open muffin display 4 C. Fries freezer dispenser -18 C. Ice cream machine locked at time due to low ice cream mix level. Gravy dispenser 73 C. Back: Handsink fully stocked with hot and cold running water available. Beef patties 63 C, Chicken Breast 71 C, Big Mac Patties 61 C, Filet o Fish 75 C, Chicken Nuggets 76 C. Undercounter patty freezer -12 C. Traulsen freezer -21 C. Standup fridge 1 C. Quat in three compartment sink ~ 200 ppm detectable. Quat spray bottle ~ 200 ppm detectable. Ice machine in satisfactory condition. 3 compartment sink faucet is leaky, manager has already put in work order (verified by EHO), estimated repair date July 13, 2018.
