Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): One set of tongs in sandwich preparation area found to have food debris dried onto tongs. Ants found to be running along dried food on tongs.

Sanitizer solution unavailable for use as sink was not filled with sanitizer solution and spray bottle was not functioning during time of inspection - CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION - Sink was filled with sanitizer solution for use throughout the day

Corrective Action(s): Ensure all food contact surfaces and equipment are washed and sanitized at a minimum of once every two hours or more frequently if necessary.
Replace broken spray bottle.
Ensure three compartment sink is filled and changed with sanitizer solution throughout the day.

Corrective Action(s): Staff contacted Pest Technician yesterday for inspection. Have Pest Technician service facility. Show Pest technician where ants were observed to come from and areas they have been crawling on.
Sanitize area throughout the day.
