Hand washing stations satisfactory
3-compartment sink was setup. Quats concentration was at 200ppm.
Internal temperature of food products in the hot holding units were at least 60C.
Freezer units at -18C.
Walk-in cooler at 4C.
All food items stored at least 6 inches off the ground and properly covered.
Time stamp system in place for burger toppings.
Cooking temperature of patties audited and recorded.
Temperature logs maintained.
All wiping rags stored in quats solution.
