Follow up to Rpt. # MBEK-BD9UWH. Hot and cold running water available at three-compartment sink. Quaternary ammonium compounds (quats) sanitizer available at 200 ppm quats in container with wiping cloths. Note: Spray bottle empty / not in use at time of inspection. Ambient temperature of under counter cooler measured 3 degrees C. Thermometer in place. Reminder to ensure that placement / location of thermometer within cold holding unit is representative of overall temperature.
