Ownership Change:

- Limited changes to menu. Items that cannot be cooked in the oven only will be removed from the menu.
- Operator has fs level 1 equivalence [Foodwise] . Discussed refresher very 5 years. Issue date for operator's Foodwise certificate is Oct. 26, 2016.
- Provided 'No Smoking' sticker for window + discussed the bylaw .
- Discussed Trans Fat Regulation + provided info pamphlet .

- upright freezer was being defrosted + cleaned. Ensure that it Can maintain a temperature of < -18 Degrees Celsius .
- copy of Foodwise Cert. + incorporation papers provided .
- Walk-in coolers at 3 Degrees Celsius; prep coolers at - 6 Degrees Celsius .
- handsinks are fully equipped .
- Hot water tank is 40 gallons (approx. 150 Litres) in size. As discussed, if you want to replace the 2-comp. sink + handsink with a c- comp. sink you may need to get a larger tank .
- bleach on-site for sanitizing .
