All items from the last report were corrected, premises may re-open. The only food onsite was several items in the walk-in cooler (new) and items in the walk-in freezer. All other items had been discarded. One bag and one box of burgers were discarded during the inspection, since they were open. All coolers were < 4 C. All freezers were < -18 C. Quats sanitizer solution was at 200 ppm. No evidence of pests. Hand sinks supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels. All surfaces were clean.
