Observation: Beverage Air cooler beside the grill has an air temperature of 10 C and food temperature is also 10 C. Your thermometer says 10 C.
Corrective Action(s): Food in this cooler (deli meats, cheese, cooked beans) was discarded during the inspection. Do not use this cooler to store any potentially hazardous foods (eg milk, cheese, eggs, meat, cooked legumes, etc.) until it can keep them at 4 C or colder. Adjust or service this cooler.

Observation: 1. Small cooler up front (by soup hot holding) is only keeping food at 9 C. Move small amount of yogurt and cream to another cooler to keep at 4 C or colder.
2. Glass door cooler and cooler by grill: Adjust temperature so that these coolers can keep potentially hazardous foods at 4 C or colder. Current air tempeature is at 7 C. Monitor again in 1 hour and service if necessary.
Correction: All potentially hazardous foods are to be stored at 4 C or colder.
Comments

Front area coolers (glass door and domestic) both have air temperatures of 4 C or colder.
Keep twice daily temperature records for all coolers to make sure that food is kept at 4 C / 40 F or colder.
