Routine inspection conducted.

Findings:
- Temperature of walk in cooler recorded at 3C
- Chest freezer at -22C
- Front display coolers did not have doors and used for storing sweets such as milk cake, gulab jamun at room temperature. Staff stated that all sweets are time tracked and do not exceed 2 hours at room temperature. Small portion of sweets are stored at a time in the trays.
Information to be present on written records was discussed. Staff was informed to keep these records readily available for verification by the district EHO. If the district EHO believes that cold potentially hazardous food was left at room temperature for more than 2 hours and staff fails to provide written records/verification for time tracking, food may be discarded due to potential risk of food contamination/pathogen growth.)
- Handwash sink present and has adequate supply of hot and cold running water, single use paper towels and luquird soap.
- 3 compartment dishwashing sink available and equipped for manual warewashing.
- 200ppm bleach solution present in sanitizer pail and stored away from food prep area.
- Food storage practices were found satisfactory.
- Dry storage room is well organized. New shelving units have been added.
- General sanitation of the facility was satisfactory.
- Operating permit posted in the front service area.
- Staff has valid FOODSAFE level 1 (Exp May 30, 2026)

Follow up on previous violation:
- Leakage in walk in cooler has been repaired.
