General: Handsinks: soap, paper towel, hot & cold running water available *soap dispensers are being ordered to replace existing ones as they are wobbly Gelato freezers: -12C Gelato cooler: 4C Milk cooler: 4C Dipper well operational Reach in freezers X3: -14 to -18C Reach in coolers: X2: <4C Blast cooler not in use at time of inspection Pasteurizer being used at time of inspection Dishwasher (low temp): 100ppm chlorine at plate Quats sanitizer @200ppm in spray bottle, dispenser and for milk frothers *please replace this test strips since there is discoloration on the strips No apparent signs of pest noted at time of inspection Overall sanitation has improved and space is more organized Health Permit posted and operator's Foodsafe is within expiry date Note: please remember to cover the waffle cones to prevent from contamination Operator will not be pursuing to be a dairy plant as per discussion today.
