All coolers were < 4 Degrees Celsius. All freezers were < -18 Degrees Celsius . Hand sinks supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels. Temperature records up to date. Low temp. dishwasher had 50 ppm chlorine The glasswasher had 12.5 ppm Iodine No evidence of pests, pest control reports onsite. Proper cooling observed for wings The ice machine was clean. General sanitation was satisfactory.
