Dry storage bulk bins with lids - available.
Overall storage is organized. Great improvement.
Baked goods at front stored safely at the time of inspection (all covered and protected from contamination).
Bleach spray sanitizer at front area - available (>100ppm).
Washroom - satisfactory.
Note: New screen door; all holes sealed; new pest management service on site; and unrelated items removed from the bakery (thank you).
