Observation: Numerous plastic containers are showing damage due to acidic foods.
Corrective Action(s): Damaged containers are not easily cleanable need to be replaced. Please discard/recycle all damaged plastic containers and replace with new plastic containers or stainless steel containers.

Freezers were -18 degrees Celsius or less.
Hot holding unit was over 60 degrees Celsius.
Food storage and display practices are good.
Storage areas are organized.
Hand sinks stocked with liquid soap and paper towels.
All sinks equipped with hot and cold running water.
Bleach sanitizer (spray bottles) had 200ppm chlorine.
General sanitation is good.
