Also use sticky fly traps to further help control flies. Date to be corrected: July 18, 2018 Violation Score: 3 308 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are not in good working order [s. 16(b)] Observation: Numerous plastic containers are showing damage due to acidic foods. Corrective Action(s): Damaged containers are not easily cleanable need to be replaced. Comments

General observations: Coolers were 4 degrees Celsius or less. Freezers were -18 degrees Celsius or less. Hot holding unit was over 60 degrees Celsius. Food storage and display practices are good. Storage areas are organized. Hand sinks stocked with liquid soap and paper towels. All sinks equipped with hot and cold running water. Bleach sanitizer (spray bottles) had 200ppm chlorine. General sanitation is good.
