High temperature dishwasher measured at 71.8C at final rinse. Temperature log recorded daily.
All staff have FOODSAFE Level 1 certificate.

QUAT sanitizer used for facility. Verified that QUAT sanitizer was greater than 200ppm.
Food Services Manager has contacted maintenance to adjust concentration.

Note: No food is made here. Food comes hot from Queens Park. Temperatures are recorded twice, once at Queens Park and once again at this facility. Once at the facility, food is kept in steam tables and served immediately. No food is re-heated here. No food service was being done at time of inspection. Reviewed temperature logs with Food Services Manager. Logs kept up to date and are satisfactory.
