- Coolers < 4 Degrees Celsius ; freezer's < -18 Degrees Celsius.
- Knife rack's installed; extra shelf has been brought in .
- meat sauce is at 66 Degrees Celsius. It's applied hot + then lasagna + pizzas are cooked in the oven to ensure they are reheated to > 74 Degrees Celsius .
- handsinks are fully equipped .
- 200 ppm Quats is available on-site .
