* Glass washer in bar had a final rinse of 50 ppm chlorine residual or higher at glass surface; concentration was being monitored daily
* Cold-holding units were 4'C/40'F or colder
* Hot-holding units were 60'C/140'F or hotter
* Freezer units were -18'C or colder
* Hand washing sink had liquid soap and paper towels available; reminder to staff to wash hands more frequently through out the day
* Monitoring records were available and up to date
* Note: some cleaning still to be done behind/under food equipment and shelving
* Sanitizer concentration was found to be 200 ppm quaternary ammonium concentration in buckets to store wiping rags
