- Manual dishwashing protocol is followed
- Temperatures of refrigeration units meet regulatory requirements (4C coolers, -18C freezers)
- Observed a leak in the plumbing at the prep sink
- Foods are stored adequately (in pest proof containers, off of floor)
- General sanitation is adequate
- FOODSAFE trained staff present


**Observed sandwich bacon stored at room temperature without a time stamp. Staff on duty indicated that as per their chart, the bacon does not follow the time stamp policy. On the chart, it reads "sandwich bacon (heated) has a holding day of 2 days". The store manager is to contact the health inspector to clarify sandwich bacon holding policy.
