- 200ppm Quats solution available in bar towel buckets in front service area and at the three compartment sink dispenser unit
- Front milk/beverage coolers, reach-in coolers, and standing cooler in back hold below 4C
- Back freezer holds temperature of less than -18C
- Ice scoops stored outside of ice bins
- Ice machine is free of mildew growth
- No food debris accumulation in dry storage area
- No signs of pest activity noted at the time of inspection
- Adequate logs are maintained
- High temperature dishwasher is measured at 72C during final rinse cycle at the dish surface.
- General sanitation is satisfactory
