A routine inspection was conducted, the following observations were made:
- Coolers 4C or colder; thermometers present; and temperatures recorded daily.
- Hand sink stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water.
- Quats sanitizer was 200ppm, and bleach present for sanitizing as well.
- Floor was refinished and is now sealed and cleanable. Great job.
- New storage racks on wheels are present walk-in-cooler; and all tables and cupboard units have wheels installed on them to help with cleaning. Good job.
- General sanitation level is good, improvement seen in this area.
- No signs of pests.
- RTE food items are being displayed on the highest shelve in the retail shelf, and the different proteins (beef, chicken, pork) are stored separately.
- No expired foods for sale or in use. Packaged on dates placed on each product.
- All in order.
