- Handsink in the kitchen was maintained with hot & cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels, but the handsink in the front area was not equipped with paper towels. The operator stocked paper towels at the time of inspection.
- 200ppm chlorine sanitizer in spray bottles
- High temp dishwasher achieved 71C at plate's surface
- Temperatures of all refrigeration units, including the fridges and freezers in the basement, meet regulatory requirements (<4C for fridges and <-18C for freezers) and are equipped with working thermometers
- Foods are stored in pest-proof containers
- No signs of pest activity noted at the time of inspection
