- Handsinks are accessible and have hot and cold water, liquid soap and papertowels.
- Staff washroom sink has hot and cold water, liquid soap and papertowels.
- Coolers are maintaining acceptable temperatures (≤4C).
- Freezers are maintaining acceptable temperatures (≤-18C).
- Food storage practices appear satisfactory. Food is protected from contamination.
- Interior of ice storage bin and ice machine appear maintained in a sanitary condition.
- Ice buckets are hung and stored in a sanitary manner.
- 200 ppm QUATS available from dispenser. QUATS test papers available to verify sanitizer concentration.
- Wiping cloths stored in 200 ppm QUATS.
- High Temperature Sanitizing Dishwasher: 73.1C at dish surface. Rinse Temperature Gauge Reading: 83C
- General sanitation of premises appears satisfactory.

**Ensure food debris accumulation is removed and cleaned up to eliminate potential food sources for pests.
**Prevent stagnant water accumulation to eliminate potential breeding area for small flies.
**Ensure that doorsweeps are flushed to the ground (no gaps) to prevent potential pest entry.
- Pest control monitoring and corrective actions reviewed with Manager at time of inspection.
- All activity is reported to pest control service technician.
- Manager identified structural issues (gap in tiles in front service area) and has contacted Corporate office to repair.
- If droppings are observed, droppings are removed and chlorine bleach solution is applied on affected areas.
- Custom plexiglass guard has been re-ordered. Guard is placed at front entrance of premises when premises is closed to prevent potential pest entry from common mall area.
- FOODSAFE Level 1 requirements are in compliance. Manager has valid certificate equivalent to FOODSAFE Level 1.
