Routine inspection

- Hand washing stations fully supplied.
- Under counter coolers and glass door coolers measured at or below 4 degree C. Proper separation of raw and cooked food noted in fridges.
- All freezers measured at or below -18 degree C. Ice and frost build ups in freezers are to be cleaned frequently.
- Food labeled and stored properly in coolers and freezers.
- 100-200 ppm bleach water sanitizer available and wiping cloths observed stored in the sanitizer solution. Chlorine test kit available. Testing is to be done once daily.
- General sanitation is satisfactory. Unneeded items are to be removed from the kitchen.
- 2- Comp sink maintained. 50-100 ppm chlorine detected in low- temp dishwasher final rinse water.
- No obvious sign of pest activity at this date.
- FH permit posted. Operators are food safe trained.
