Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No sanitizer solution was available in front service area.
Corrective Action(s): Staff stated sanitizer buckets were emptied after lunch runch and not refilled. Ensure sanitizer solution is always available for use/properly set up during all hours of operation. Buckets were set up at time of inspection.

- Hand sinks in kitchen were properly supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
- Quat sanitizer solution available from dispenser at 200 ppm.
- Three-compartment sink maintained in sanitary condition
- All coolers were maintaining temperatures of 4C or colder
- Walk-in freezer was measured to be at -18C or colder
- Hot held food items (meatballs and soup) were held at 60C or hotter
- Temperature records well maintained and up to date
- Food storage practices good - all food items stored properly covered, labelled, and off the floor.
- Frozen food items were properly thawing in walk-in cooler
- Dry storage areas satisfactory
- All equipment maintained in sanitary conditions
- General sanitation very good
- No signs of pest activity noted
