Ice scoop stored outside of ice machine; ensure to have the scoop stored on/in a clean and sanitized container

Sandwich prep cooler at 4 C or lower; cutting board at the prep cooler cleaned and sanitized at the end of the night. Ensure to have the cutting board cleaned and sanitized after use during slow times

High temperature dishwasher in good working order; reached 71.4 C at plate level after final rinse cycle
Bleach being used to clean and sanitize all surfaces; employee was cleaning and sanitizing dough mixer at the time of inspection with clean cloth and bleach water at >>200 ppm. Ensure to have 100-200 ppm of chlorine residual (1/2 teaspoon per 1 litre of water).
