-Beer/brewing supply store/grain processing & repackaging operation. Operator has added sale of loose leaf tea. He does sell tea by the cup, but boils water in a kettle, dispenses loose leaf tea in a bag and adds it to the cup then fills the cup with the boiled water. As discussed, if tea service progresses beyond this to making lattes, etc, you will require an Operating permit.
-Grain mill is brushed down regularly.
-Freezers are below -18 degC
-Display cooler is at 3 degC
-Keezer's at 4 degC
-No signs of pest activity observed
-Bleach is available for sanitizing; starsan used for disinfecting growler fillers in between customers.
-Hand sink and washroom is fully equipped
-Keg cleaner is on-site; growlers are rinsed prior to filling

ENSURE THAT THE GROWLER FILLERS GET WASHED AND SANITIZED WITH BLEACH AND WATER (1 OZ BLEACH PER GALLON WATER) FOR AT LEAST 2 MINUTES AT THE END OF THE NIGHT.
