Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Pull-out drawer cooler under the grill had vegetables and lettuce in it. Temperature of both was around 10 degC.
Corrective Action(s): If the temperature doesn't drop to 4 degC or below within the next hour, move items to another cooler. Repair the drawer cooler. Check to make sure seals are intact. Do not use unless it can maintain temperatures at or below 4 degC.

200ppm Quats sanitizer is available in buckets in FOH. KEEP A SANITIZER BUCKET IN BOH AS WELL.
Washroom sinks are fully equipped
OK Pest control is on contract. Last service report reviewed. No concerns noted.
In use utensils are changed every 4 hours.
Exhaust hood has been serviced. Next service date is in November.
Manager on duty has valid FS level 1 or equivalent certification. Expiry date April 28, 2024.
