Infractions corrected from previous inspection: -Cardboard has been removed from dish washer shelving. -Staff storage rooms have been cleaned. Pop containers to be recycled now in sealed containers to prevent fruit flies. -Bar fridge and dessert fridge has been cleaned. Ice has been removed from bar fridge. Still outstanding and require more work: 1. More deep cleaning followed by sanitizer required for back door area with rodent droppings. 2. Walk in cooler door sweep still have small openings in the corners and require further repair. Other notes - sanitizer buckets in use have 300 ppm quats. 3 compartment hot holder unit still not in use and awaiting replacement unit.
