Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Back kitchen sanitizer was not in use at the time of inspection. Sani bucket did not have enough chlorine solution. Ensure 100 to 200 ppm chlorine solution is in use during food service.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure 100 to 200 ppm chlorine solution is in use during food service and the solution is created before the start of work.

Observation: 1. Food in freezer and coolers need to be covered with food grade lids or covers. Metal inserts of frozen sauce without covers observed.
2. Bags of onions and boxes of pop observed stored on the floor. Ensure to always store food on dedicated shelving above the floor at least 15 cm. The floor is dirty/contaminated.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Ensure all food is protected with the use of food grade covers.
2. Ensure to store food at least 15 cm off the floor.
Correction for these items required today.

Observation: General cleaning needed in hard to clean areas such as under 3 compartment sink, the pink caulking corner of the 3 compartment sink, behind cooking oven, fume hood grease filter and on the floors under storage shelves. Old food spills and dirt observed.
Corrective Action(s): Cleaning for hard to reach areas required in one week. Please provide document fumehood cleaning and servicing is up to date in one week.

Observation: Front of the house bottled chemicals need labels. There are no labels for the windex, bleach or the degreaser bottle. It is hard to tell what chemical is in each bottle. Labels required.
