At the inspection dated March 8, 2021, there were 18 children in attendance with 3 staff. At this inspection, the above noted contraventions were identified. As part of this Routine Inspection a Facility Risk Assessment Tool is completed.
A response in writing is required to be submitted to Licensing by March 12, 2021, outlining how the contravention(s) have been addressed. A follow up inspection may be conducted due to the nature of the contraventions.
Licensing staff discussed use of DIN consent with parent’s consent and briefly reviewed Covid-19 infection control strategies and protocol.
Licensing staff completed Risk Screening –Covid -19 prior to inspection. This inspection report was written off site. A copy of inspection report and the risk assessment will be mailed to the facility. |
