Observation: Sandwich preparation table measured 5.8°C at time of inspection. Items on top shelf measured 7.7°C.
Correction: 1. Products on top must be discarded after 4 hours in unit.
2. Keep lid closed when unit is not in use.
3. Monitor unit to ensure temperatures can maintain temperatures of 4°C or less
4. If unit cannot maintain 4°C or less, products can only be stored for 4 hours before discard. It is recommended to store smaller portions in unit. Contact refrigeration technician to have unit serviced.

Staff has found the temperature adjustment function of unit. Preparation table reading 4.4C at time of inspection.
Please adjust so cooler becomes colder. Cooler units should maintain temperature of 4C or less.
