Corrective Action(s): The exhaust hood is overdue for servicing. The baffles are greasy. There's buildup under the storage shelves, beside and under the cooking equipment. Clean all areas.

THERE IS NO DEDICATED HANDSINK FOR HANDWASHING IN THE KITCHEN, JUST A 2-COMPARTMENT SINK THAT'S USED FOR FOOD PREP AND HANDWASHING. DURING LUNCH/DINNER RUSH, KEEP ONE OF THE TWO COMPARTMENTS FREE FOR HANDWASHING I.E. DO NOT STORE FOODS IN THE COMPARTMENT.
