All temperatures met health requirements:
- Coolers maintained at or below 4 degrees Celsius.
- Freezers maintained below -18 degrees Celsius.
- Hot holding maintained above 60 degrees Celsius.
General food storage practices very good:
- Meats stored on the bottom shelf in the walk-in cooler.
- All food items covered and protected from contamination.
- All food items stored at least 6 inches off the floor.
High temperature dishwasher sanitizing above 71 degrees Celsius at the dish level for final rinse cycle.
No signs of pest activity at the time of inspection.
