Routine Inspection
> Handsinks near sandwich preparation area, handsink beside hot holding units, and staff washroom were fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid handsoap, and paper towels.
> 3 - compartment sink sanitizer measured 200 ppm QUATS. Manual warewashing was discussed with the operator. 3 sink plugs were available.
> Coolers
- Sandwich prep coolers were measured 4 degrees C
- Under the counter coolers were measured 4 degrees C
- Walk-in-cooler measured 1 degrees C
- Open display cooler measured 3 degrees C
> Walk-in-freezer measured -19 degrees C
> Hot-holding units with soup and sauces were measured 72 degrees C
> Temperature log-sheet was available and in use.
> Sanitizers
- 2 sanitizer buckets measured 200 ppm QUATS
- 1 sanitizer spray bottle on the handsink beside hot holding unit was measured 200 ppm QUATS
> No pest activity observed during inspection.
> FOODSAFE certified staff was available during the inspection. Ensure to renew Foodsafe by Sept 7, 2023
> Permit posted in a conspicuous location.

Note: Minimal ice build-up was observed in the walk-in-freezer. Ensure to remove the build-up to prevent disruption in the air circulation.
