Corrective Action(s): Adjust temperature down as noted on gauge. Done. Monitor temperatures and have unit serviced if unit can't keep product 4 C or less. Remove food into main cooler if not responsive. Replace thermometer in unit to one that is known correct. Send picture of unit indicating proper temperatures.
