Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The handsink in prep area didn't have hot water available at the time of inspection
Corrective Action(s): - Operator adjusted the setting at the hot water tank. At the end of the inspection, warm water was available at the handsink

- Handsink at the front and in washroom are supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towel
- All coolers - front milk cooler, walk-in cooler are measured at less than 4C
- Walk-in freezer and drawer freezer are functional
- Hot holding unit for gravy is measured at greater than 60C
- High temperature dishwasher is measured at 73C during final rinse cycle at the dish surface
- Sanitizer in buckets and at three compartment sink dispenser is measured at 200ppm quats
- No evidence of pest activity is noted
- Food storage practices are satisfactory
- Foodsafe is verified at the time of inspection
