- Back upright cooler at <4'C
- Back upright cooler freezers at -18'C
- Front under coutner coolers at 4'C
- Temperature logs maintained
- High temperature dishwasher at 76.0'C for final rinse at plate level
- Quats sanitizer used at 200ppm for steam wand in shallow container, sanitizer bucet for surfaces and dispenser
- Food storage 6" off the floor
- Stock rotation observed with stickers on packaging
- Ice machine is clean and scoops are stored separately in a proper manner
- No pest activity observed
