General observations:
Preparation cooler was 3 degrees Celsius.
Freezer was -15 degrees Celsius.
Three of the 4 hot holding units were 60 degrees Celsius or more; Fourth unit was not in use at time of inspection.
Bain marie for soups was 60 degrees Celsius.
Food storage and display practices appeared satisfactory.
Organization of storage areas was satisfactory.
All three hand sinks were stocked with liquid soap and paper towels.
All sinks were equipped with hot and cold running water.
Staffs hygiene and food handling practices appeared satisfactory.
Quats sanitizers (for wiping cloths, for blenders, and at dispenser) had concentrations of 200ppm.
Chemicals were stored in a safe manner.
No signs of pests.
