Coolers measured were 4C or colder Freezers measured were -18C or colder Hot holding was 60C 200ppm quats sanitizer available at sink dispenser. Bleach is also on site (as well as chlorinated sanitizer for use on large equipment) **Please keep some sanitizer at the front area, either in a spray bottle or in a sani bucket Handsinks supplied with soap and paper towels Overall sanitation was adequate - a few containers from pizza prep cooler need washing and sanitizing.
