Observation: Swing gate entrance - new door has a gap adjacent gate hinge, between gate and supporting millwork.

New, smaller display cooler - gap between cooler and adjacent millwork counter.
Corrective Action(s): Close gaps around swing gate hinge and space between new cooler and counter to effectively pest proof premise.

Observation: Mouse droppings observed in the following locations:
- on floor surrounding both grease traps
- on floor in both corners around hot water tank and open space below work counter

Storage room - debris on floor below coolers and freezers.

Auxillary storage room - debris on floors in corners, along walls
Corrective Action(s): All areas described are to be thoroughly cleaned to remove all build-up of food and debris from surfaces.

Areas affected by pest activity must be sanitized with dilute bleach solution (100 ppm chlorine 1 tsp bleach / 1 liter water) after cleaning.
