Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hand sink located at cook/prep line was covered by tray with items (plates, bread). This is a repeat violation.
Corrective Action(s): Discussed with chef. Items noted above were removed; to be stored in another area away from hand sink. Ensure that at all times, all hand sinks remain accessible and unobstructed to facilitate proper hand washing.

Follow up for preparation cooler (large, right side of prep line).
It was stated that preparation cooler has been serviced. Lowest temperature achieved for preparation cooler: 7 degrees C at time of inspection.
Note: minimal/non-potentially hazardous food storage (bread, acidic foods - e.g. pickles). Small amounts of potentially hazardous food items placed on ice--to be used or discarded within 4 hours.
Ensure cooler is re-serviced or adjusted to maintain the internal food temperature at 4 degrees C or less and contact the Environmental Health Officer for re-inspection.
