Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Wrapped iceberg lettuce is stored on bottom shelf (below raw meat which is in a container). Noodles covered with cloth.
Corrective Action(s): Iceberg lettuce to be stored above raw food. Do not cover food with cloth.

Observation: What appear to be mouse droppings noted on a bottom shelf. Monitoring traps empty. Pest control for building is in place.

Bar cooler - no high risk foods in this cooler today.
No hot holding observed during inspection.
Reviewed procedures for thawing frozen food.

Hand washing - sinks have hot/cold water, liquid soap, and paper towels in dispensers.
Wooden chopping block - see above.
Ice machine empty.
Chlorine sanitizer in labelled spray bottle - 200ppm. Use on sinks, cutting boards, etc. Spray bottle labelled.
Commercial dishwasher has a final hot water sanitizing rinse - good. Final rinse gauge 82C and 71C+ measured inside of the machine.
