Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): * Some sanitizer in buckets was not at proper concentration (eg. quaternary ammonium at minimum 200 ppm). Sanitizer must be maintained at proper concentraion for sanitizing food contact surfaces properly/adequately. Operator changed sanitizer immediately and it was found to be at 200 ppm quat. ammonium
Corrective Action(s): * Ensure sanitizer maintained at proper concentration (eg. 200 ppm for quat. ammonium) and check daily and document on monitoring records
