Health permit valid and posted in a visible location.
Hand sink supplied with hot/cold running water; provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
Sanitizer solution measured at 200 ppm (Quats).
Temperature checks:
- Prep line cooler 1 (deli meats/sauces) = 2-4 deg C ambient temp
- Prep line cooler 2 (veggies/ other items) = 3-4 deg C ambient temp
Lobster and tuna = below 2 deg C (internal temp)
- Hot holding for meat balls = 63 deg C (internal temp)
- Walk-in cooler was below 4 deg C.
- Walk-in freezer was at 18 de C.
- Beverage/dessert display cooler at 4 deg C.
Temperature log available and kept up to date.

Food items in the coolers and dry storage were covered and stored off the floor.
No signs of pests noted at time of inspection.
Washrooms were clean and provided with sanitary supplies.
Hand sanitizer available close to self-serve beverage station.
- Provide sign reminding customers to sanitize hands prior to using the self-serve station.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
