Observation: A pair of pants noted on the floor by deep fryer to absorb oil/grease.
Corrective Action(s): Remove pants as all surfaces must be durable, easily cleaned, and impervious to moisture.

This violation has been noted in 3 consecutive routine inspections. Correction order issued.

Observation: Frying pans, oil bottle still observed present by electric stove top. Frying pans noted on floor and 2 other at the back shelving rack.
Corrective Action(s): This facility has no ventilation system except above deep dryer. No frying of any sort is allowed. Remove oil bottle, and all frying pans from facility. Correction order issued.
