All freezer temperatures registered at or below -18 degree C
Bleach sanitizer solution (bottle) available, concentration registered at 200 ppm. Store wiping cloths in sanitizer solution when not inuse.
3 compartment sink for manual ware washing. Discussed with operator washing and sanitizing procedures. Bleach sanitizer available. 4 step Method sign posted above 3 compartment sink. Use test strips to verify that bleach concentration registers between 100-200 ppm
Ice machine observed in satisfactory condition. Scoop stored outside of unit.
Reminder: Ensure scoops are store outside food products
