Routine Inspection All cooler temperatures registered at or below 4 degree C All freezer temperatures registered at or below -18 degree C Bleach sanitizer solution (bottle) available, concentration registered at 200 ppm. Store wiping cloths in sanitizer solution when not inuse. 3 compartment sink for manual ware washing. Discussed with operator washing and sanitizing procedures. Bleach sanitizer available. 4 step Method sign posted above 3 compartment sink. Use test strips to verify that bleach concentration registers between 100-200 ppm Ice machine observed in satisfactory condition. Scoop stored outside of unit. Reminder: Ensure scoops are store outside food products Single use cups and utensils only General sanitation satisfactory at time of inspection extra storage connected to Leisure Centre for cups and single use utensils. FOODSAFE Level 1 or equivalent requirement at time of inspection. Temperature logs maintained and available for coolers and freezers. No signs of pests.
